exchange information, so that we can be more effective in our jobs of
elevating the standards of practice within the window cleaning
industry. This is the prime place where you have the ability to

sharing theories and techniques. As such, the intent is that
contributions should be shared with the group so everyone can learn
from them. Think of this as an ongoing roundtable discussion. Every
message posted to the Discussion Group is off-the-record, confidential
