Registration Payment Policy: Your registration payment must be received in full to participate in the 2019 IWCA Annual Convention & Trade Show. To qualify for Early Bird rates, registration forms and full payment must be received no later than November 19, 2018. EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT EXTENDED THROUGH DECEMBER 3. If payment is not received by the Early Bird Deadline, the registration will be subject to Regular rates. Online registration will be available until January 31, 2019. Attendees who have not registered and/or submitted payment by January 31, 2019 must bring payment onsite to complete the registration process. There will be a $75 surcharge for full conference registration onsite. There will be a $50 surcharge for One Day Pass registration onsite. Cancellation/Substitution Policy: Requests to cancel registrations must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed to the IWCA business office no later than January 15, 2019 to receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after January 15, 2019. No-shows will not be refunded. Refund payments may take up to six weeks from the date of your refund request. Refunds may take the form of a mailed check regardless of the original payment method. Event registration fees may not be credited towards other IWCA offerings. Full Event registrations may not be shared by multiple individuals during the Event. Substitution of registrants may occur only if the original registrant is unable to attend. Requests to make a substitution may be submitted by email or in writing to the IWCA business office no later than January 31, 2019. Substitutions will not incur an additional fee, but substitute attendees that have not been processed through the IWCA business office will not receive a convention ID badge and will not be admitted to any convention events.
Badge Policy: Convention ID badges are issued through the IWCA office and will be distributed upon check-in at the convention. IWCA convention badges must be worn during all convention activities. If not visible, you may be asked by convention staff to produce your badge at any time throughout the convention. Badges are not transferable and those worn by anyone other than the person to whom issued will be confiscated and the individual removed from the convention space. In order to attend the IWCA Annual Convention and/or participate on the tradeshow floor, attendees must be 18 years of age or older. Attendees agree that any and all registration information submitted to IWCA is true, accurate, and complete.
Photography Policy: By attending the 2019 IWCA Annual Convention & Trade Show, you acknowledge that photographs and/or videos of you may be taken by our conference staff and/or photographers at any time. Furthermore, you grant the IWCA permission to use photographs and/or video of your likeness in any type of media, including websites and print publications, without compensation or reward.
